Located on the southernmost parcel in Battery Park City overlooking New York Harbor, this tower is comprised of the Ritz-Carlton hotel on the lower 12 floors with 26 condominium floors above. It also serves as the home of the Skyscraper Museum.

Amenities on the 13th floor include a fitness center and spa, meeting rooms, and banquet halls.

Constructed of brick masonry and curtain wall on concrete flat plate construction, the exterior is a composition of large and small elements relating to the existing buildings of Battery Park City.
